1. General Conditions & International Operations

Noa Miller Joyeria operates via an automated global supply chain infrastructure. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree that our jewelry collections are dispatched directly from our international fulfillment centers located in Asia. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Strict Cancellation Window

Due to our automated and rapid international logistics processing system, orders may only be cancelled within sixty (60) minutes of the initial purchase. Once this 1-hour window has passed, the order immediately enters the fulfillment and dispatch queue and cannot be cancelled, modified, or intercepted. If you wish to request a cancellation within the allowed window, you must immediately email our support team at [Insert Support Email] with the subject line "CANCELLATION: [Order Number]."

3. Shipping, Processing, and Customs

  • Processing Time: Orders require a processing and quality inspection period of 2 to 5 business days before dispatch from our global distribution hubs.

  • Transit Times: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

  • Customs and Duties: Noa Miller Joyeria is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees. Any delays caused by international customs authorities are entirely outside of our control and do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refunds.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Hygiene Policy

Due to the delicate nature of fine and fashion jewelry, and in strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, all items must remain unworn, unblemished, and in their original, factory-sealed packaging to be eligible for any return consideration.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer assumes 100% responsibility for all return shipping costs associated with sending the jewelry back to our international fulfillment center in Asia.

  • Under no circumstances will Noa Miller Joyeria provide prepaid return labels or cover international freight charges for returned merchandise.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable United States law, Noa Miller Joyeria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.
